SHIPPING POLICY

We ship throughout the United States, including Puerto Rico and its territories, as well as to Colombia.

For orders within the United States, we offer different shipping options through USPS, depending on the destination and type of product:

• Priority Mail

• First-Class Mail

• Parcel Select Ground

International orders to Colombia are shipped using available international shipping services. Shipping options, delivery times, and rates may vary depending on the destination and the type of product.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT POLICY

Ora accepts return requests within 7 days of delivery. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns will receive store credit only, equal to the value of the returned product.

To be eligible, products must be complete, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Gift wrapping, shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other related service fees are not included in the store credit.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Ora within 7 days of delivery for assistance and further instructions.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
